ReSSA - Supporting apprentices facing redundancy

Writer: LAANLAAN

The coronavirus pandemic has caused some organisations to make redundancies, which leaves apprentices without an employer and it is a daunting position to be in. The Department for Education have launched the Redundancy Support Service for Apprentices to give them guidance during this time.

Apprentices can get free advice, find new opportunities and find information about financial support.

You can access more information about the ReSSA by calling 0800 015 0400 or by visiting https://help.apprenticeships.education.gov.uk/hc/en-gb/articles/360015630040-Redundancy-Support-Service-for-Apprentices.

There is also a guidance created for apprentice who have been affected by redundancy, and you can access it here.
