Laura Murphy, Senior Marketing Manager at Pearson shares her thoughts on the benefits of apprenticeships,
“I had always wanted to study for a Master's in Business, so when the opportunity came up to study for this as part of my apprenticeship, fully funded by my employer, it seemed too good to be true!
I have really appreciated being able to progress my career within my company, whilst also being able to study at the same time. I’ve also benefited from having a Senior Leader Mentor as part of my apprenticeship, which has been great in challenging me to think in new ways.
It’s brilliant that apprenticeships are available at a Master’s equivalent, as well as the more traditional school-leaver level.”
