CIPD Festival of Work - 15-17 June 2021

Our LAAN Chair, Neil Weller will be speaking at the CIPD Festival of Work on 17 June, exploring "The skills and employability of young people". Topic discussions will include:

• The benefits of targeting younger generations with appealing apprenticeship and graduate schemes

• Understanding what fresh skills young people have to offer your organisation

• Enabling and facilitating a multi-generational L&D culture.
